Douala-Yaoundé Expressway Phase II
Construction of a 220 km six-lane expressway connecting Douala to Yaoundé, including 12 interchanges, 3 major bridges over the Sanaga, Nyong, and Dibamba rivers, toll plazas, and service areas. The project aims to reduce travel time between the two largest cities from 4 hours to 2 hours.
Kribi Deep Seaport Expansion — Container Terminal 2
Extension of the Kribi deep-water port with an additional 700m quay wall, two new berths for post-Panamax vessels, expanded container yard with automated stacking cranes, and a dedicated rail link to the national railway network.
Rehabilitation of National Road N3 — Bafoussam to Bamenda
Full reconstruction and widening of 175 km of National Road N3 linking Bafoussam to Bamenda, including slope stabilization in mountainous sections, drainage improvements, and 8 new bridges.
Yaoundé Ring Road — Eastern Arc Completion
Completion of the final 45 km eastern segment of the Yaoundé ring road with 4 interchanges, pedestrian overpasses, solar-powered street lighting, and integrated stormwater management.

Nachtigal Hydroelectric Dam — Full Commissioning
Completion and commissioning of the 420 MW Nachtigal hydroelectric dam on the Sanaga River, including installation of 7 Francis turbines, 225 kV transmission lines to Yaoundé, and a 1,500-hectare reservoir management system.
Northern Cameroon Solar Electrification Programme (NORCASEP)
Installation of 350 MW combined solar PV capacity across the North and Far North regions, including 5 utility-scale solar farms, 200 mini-grids for rural communities, and battery storage facilities totalling 150 MWh.
Memve'ele Hydropower Plant — Grid Integration Upgrade
Upgrade of the 225 kV transmission corridor from Memve'ele to Yaoundé including new substations at Ebolowa and Mbalmayo, reactive power compensation, and SCADA modernization to support the plant's full 211 MW dispatch.

Yaoundé University Teaching Hospital — Expansion & Modernisation
Construction of a new 600-bed tower, state-of-the-art oncology and cardiology centres, a medical research laboratory, and modernisation of existing wards at CHU Yaoundé.
Regional Hospital Garoua — New Build
Construction of a new 350-bed regional referral hospital in Garoua serving the North Region, with emergency department, maternity and paediatric wings, surgical theatres, and staff housing.
National Vaccine Production Facility
Design, construction, and commissioning of a GMP-compliant vaccine manufacturing facility in Yaoundé with an annual capacity of 200 million doses, serving the CEMAC region.

Digital Campus Cameroon — 10-University Connectivity Project
Roll-out of high-speed fibre connectivity, e-learning platforms, smart classrooms, and digital libraries across all 10 state universities in Cameroon, including capacity building and content digitisation.
Construction of 200 Technical High Schools (Phase I)
Construction and equipping of 50 technical high schools focusing on engineering, IT, agriculture, and health sciences across all 10 regions to strengthen the vocational education pipeline.

National Broadband Backbone — Phase III
Deployment of 4,500 km of fibre optic backbone connecting all 58 divisional headquarters to the national backbone, including last-mile access networks and two tier-III data centres in Douala and Yaoundé.
e-Government Interoperability Platform (eGov-CM)
Design and implementation of a national interoperability framework connecting 15 key government services under a single digital identity platform, including citizen portal, mobile app, and cybersecurity operations centre.
National Data Centre & Government Cloud
Construction of a Tier-IV certified national data centre in Yaoundé, procurement of cloud infrastructure, and migration of 30 government agencies to the Government Cloud Platform.

Douala Urban Rail Transit System — Line 1
Construction of a 28 km light rail line connecting Bonabéri to Douala Central Station with 18 stations, including rolling stock procurement of 24 electric trainsets, signalling, and a maintenance depot.
Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport — Terminal 2
Construction of a new passenger terminal with annual capacity of 5 million, 6 new jet bridges, expanded apron and taxiways, and a dedicated cargo terminal at Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport.
Camrail Track Renewal — Douala to Ngaoundéré
Complete track renewal of the 921 km Transcameroon railway line from Douala to Ngaoundéré, including replacement of rails, sleepers, ballast, upgrading of 45 bridges, and modernisation of signalling systems.

Upper Noun Valley Irrigation & Agro-Industrial Zone
Development of 45,000 hectares of irrigated farmland in the Noun Valley for rice, maize, and soybean production, including dam rehabilitation, canal networks, silos, and processing plants.
National Cocoa Processing Modernisation Programme
Establishment of 5 new cocoa processing factories with combined annual capacity of 150,000 tonnes across the Centre, South, and Southwest regions, targeting bean-to-bar and semi-finished product exports.
Palm Oil Sector Mechanisation & Smallholder Support
Distribution of mechanised processing equipment, improved seedlings, and fertiliser to 50,000 smallholder oil palm farmers across the Littoral and Southwest regions, including 5 new collection and processing hubs.

Yaoundé Water Supply Expansion — Sanaga River Intake
Construction of a new water intake and treatment plant on the Sanaga River with capacity of 300,000 m³/day, 95 km of transmission mains, and 12 new reservoirs to serve the greater Yaoundé metropolitan area.
Douala Sanitation & Drainage Master Plan — Priority Works
Implementation of priority drainage and sanitation works across 12 flood-prone neighbourhoods in Douala, including construction of 65 km of storm drains, 5 retention basins, and a wastewater treatment pilot plant.

National Military Medical Centre — Douala
Construction of a 500-bed military medical centre in Douala serving the armed forces and their families, with trauma centre, rehabilitation facilities, prosthetics workshop, and specialist surgical capacity.
Rapid Intervention Battalion Forward Operating Bases
Construction and equipping of 5 forward operating bases for the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR) in the Far North, Northwest, and Southwest regions, including barracks, command centres, and logistics hubs.

Development of an 8,000-unit mixed-income satellite city in Meyomessala including social housing, middle-income apartments, schools, health centres, markets, and utilities on a 600-hectare greenfield site.
Douala Affordable Housing Programme — Yassa Village Estates
Construction of 4,500 affordable housing units in Yassa Village, Douala, targeting low-to-middle income families, with community facilities, paved roads, water and electricity connections, and public transport access.
Social Housing Renovation Programme — Bonabéri
Renovation and upgrading of 2,200 existing social housing units in Bonabéri, Douala, including structural assessments, roof replacements, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements.
